Body Treatment

Body Massage
Body massage is a manual therapy that manipulates the soft tissues of the body to enhance health and well-being. Depending on the specific technique chosen (such as lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, or relaxing massage), it can target fluid retention, deep muscle knots, or general nervous system relaxation. It increases blood flow and oxygen to the muscles while aiding the body’s natural detoxification processes.

Application areas

Full body, or customized to localized areas like the back, neck, or legs.

Points to consider

Pressure is fully adjustable according to personal preference and tolerance. After deeper massages, slight muscle soreness the following day is normal. It is crucial to stay well-hydrated after the session to help the lymphatic system clear out metabolic waste.

Duration of treatment

Provides immediate physical and mental relief. Can be performed as a single session for immediate benefits or scheduled regularly for ongoing body maintenance.

Results/Benefits

Relief from muscle tension and pain, reduction of stress and anxiety, improved circulation, decreased fluid retention (in lymphatic drainage), and enhanced overall relaxation.
Shock Waves / STORZ
Shock Wave therapy (often referred to as Acoustic Wave Therapy) uses powerful, targeted acoustic sound waves introduced into the body. These high-energy waves mechanically break down fat cell structures, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and increase local blood circulation.

Application areas

Thighs, abdomen and upper arms

Points to consider

It is generally painless, though some areas may feel a bit sensitive. Minor bruising or temporary redness can occasionally occur but resolves within a few days.

Duration of treatment

Visible improvements can often be seen after 3 to 4 sessions, with a full recommended course typically being 6 to 10 sessions.

Results/Benefits

Visible reduction in the “orange peel” look , smoother and firmer skin texture, and improved tissue elasticity.
Body Radiofrequency / BTL
Body Radiofrequency is a non-invasive body contouring and skin tightening treatment. It uses thermal energy to heat the deeper layers of the skin and the underlying tissue. This targeted heating stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin fibers, while simultaneously accelerating fat metabolism to help shrink fat cells.

Application areas

Abdomen, thighs, flanks and arms.

Points to consider

The treatment feels like a warm, deep tissue massage and is generally very comfortable. Mild redness and warmth in the treated area are normal immediately after the session but will dissipate quickly. There is zero downtime, though drinking plenty of water is highly recommended to help flush out toxins.

Duration of treatment

A standard protocol usually involves 4 to 6 sessions spaced a week apart. Results continue to improve for up to 3 months after the last session as new collagen forms.

Results/Benefits

Significant skin tightening, reduction of sagging skin, improvement in body contours, and a decrease in the appearance of cellulite.
